Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling All orders are shipped in plain wrappings and will not disclose the contents of the package.

International customer note extra shipping costs will be applied, we will contact you with further information once we have had time to check the pricing for shipping to your country.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 7 days.

I there is a delay in dispatching your order then we will contact you as soon as possible and let you know the dispatch details. If there is a question regarding a dispatched order we will issue you with tracking information so as to help you local the delivery details from the shipping agents.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, all taxes are included at the standard rate. All other orders are tax free .

Returns Policy Due to the nature of some of the goods we sell we cannot offer a return due to hygiene reasons. For DVD's and VHS products we will offer a free replacement for manufacturing defective goods once we have received the faulty items back to be checked - If the item can not be replaced with the same product then we will offer either a credit or an alternative product. (We do not cover damage caused by miss-use of the products supplied)

Customers must contact us straight away if they make a mistake when placing orders so we can amend or cancel the order straight away - it is the customer's responsibility to check all totals and the confirmation order e-mail that is sent to them. We can not be held responsible for customer errors in regards to these mistakes. Once payment has been taken then we will offer at our discretion a credit or an alternative choice of product, if on the other hand this is not acceptable then we will credit the payment back but will deduct a handling fee to cover the bank / credit card charges.
